How We Price
1. We Measure your Property — Larger buildings naturally require more time.
2. Assess Surface Complexity — Articulated facades demand more effort than flat glass.
3. Determine Soiling Level — Heavy algae or salt haze increases removal time.
4. Confirm Site Accessibility — We evaluate entry points and exclusion zones setup.
5. Determine Scheduling Contraints — After‑hours or weekend work is factored in.
We then issue one fixed price — no hourly billing, no hidden add‑ons. Variables such as building height, salt buildup, algae severity, scheduling constraints, and water access simply move the number within the band.
